Fantastic banking experience

Never thought I'd ever say this about a bank, I love this bank. It's helpful, friendly, supportive and has embraced digital technology where many traditional high street banks appear shackled and maintain the 'computer says no' attitude. I recently changed my name, no problem says Starling send a photo of your documents and do a video testimonial. Couldn't be easier and name was changed in hours. My high street bank took 8.5 weeks attending various appointments, and form filling. Took so much time out of working day and incredibly frustrating. I have about Starling whenever there's an opportunity. So refreshing to have a bank where the client is their focus. Their Comms are relevant, easy to read and friendly.
