Quietly excellent

From the start, Starling has been easy to deal with. Set up was simple, contacting support when needed is quick, easy, and you get to talk to a real human, which is underrated. The app itself is clean and easy to use. The only change I'd make would be to enable secondary users to the business bank account, this is the only thing that really lets Starling down because everything else is understanted excellence. At the moment it's pretty difficult to deal with accounts when only one person has access to the bank account (and this not the accounts people!) And this is the only reason I have reservations about recommending to others as this isn't going to work well for companies with more staff. However, everything else is absolutely brilliant. You shouldn't really have to think about your bank very much if it's doing its job, and I don't - except that it really is an excellent bank! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
