Straightforward banking for these crazy times

I was initially concerned of moving to a bank with no presence on the high-street, but there was no need for me to worry. The app is excellent, providing me with pretty much all the banking facility I need. On the rare occasion that the app doesn't fulfill my needs, the call centre is easy to access and deals with my enquiry quickly and effectively. This is modern banking, for our modern and ever changing lives. I cannot recommend highly enough! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
