Recent claim settlement without issue.

Recent claim settlement without issue. Response from claim handlers was a bit slow , but spare part could not be sourced so not straight forward but satisfactory outcome. Maybe to many different people handling the claim and had to repeat info several times. The phone calls were always very courteous. I will be renewing with Ripe if I don’t get hammered for a small claim which was not my fault Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024
