It is very effective as a bank.

Using an online-only bank is not for everyone yet, hence my score for recommendation, but it works very well; the staff are very helpful and the app is pretty good. It has one or two rough edges but it is the best app that I have used. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Simple and Efficient and Excellent Value

I started with Starling because I was fed up with the rip-off international transfer charge of my high street bank. It is so simple to use and, with the web interface as well a great service; who needs bricks and mortar institutions, trying to sell you things you don’t need an overcharging you in the process Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
