An efficient way to bank

Having banked with Barclays for over 30 years- The long ques in branches due to them putting one member of staff on during a lunch break(dont think they realised , that's when most working people can go to the bank). and speaking to Mr Sigh in India who I had difficulty in understanding were all getting me down. After doing my research decided to open a personal & business account with Starling. My timing wasn't good, as it was during the first lockdown, so it was a rocky start, but we got there.
