Excellent all round Bank

So joined the bank as my second bank, mainly to start with how fast cheques were processed without leaving my home. Customer services are very good too, answer questions quickly. I have to be honest, there are a couple of things I personally don’t like. Finding balances and the actual main screen is a little confusing, too much navigating compared to be being simple. There is a lot of clicking around. I think this needs looking at. Also when changing mobile phone numbers, I needed to do face recognition and a video. Did this twice, and did not work.... so my old number still showing. This was tried on an iPad. This is just a couple of issues from my end that needs a bit of juggling. Other than that, Starling are one of the best, if not the best online banking app. Very futuristic and so far in front of main competitors, or usual high street banks.... I am very happy despite my findings or niggles. I even got my husband onto Starling Bank. Very happy with an all round online banking app. Messages or concerns answered very quickly, no hanging around and waiting. Excellent communication. So I do recommend highly, this Bank deserves recognition to listening to its customers, acting on and deliverance. 10/10 from me Thank you Starling, keep up the good work, you will then have awards coming fast and furious.
