Firstly the basic biscuit product is great with reasonable in credit interest, cash back on direct debits and linked regular saver. The app works really well and has amazing open banking features. My only criticism is that you can’t split the current pots such as one for direct debits and one for debit card spend. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Chase Bank Keeps Rewarding Customer

Chase have been very kind to existing users by continuing to offer their cashback feature. Near perfect exchange rates on overseas debit card transactions is a huge plus. Overall customer service has been excellent whenever I’ve used it. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

Simple, Intuitive and Easy to Use

Starlings banking app is incredibly easy to use. I really like the instant notifications- I often know before the shop assistant that my payment’s been authorised! The switching service also worked well and I’ve had not issues. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
