Wonderful, customer friendly bank

I opened a Starling account at a friend's recommendation a few months back and I have loved every bit of the experience. It has been easy to set up, navigate and resolve any queries and issues. But what I have appreciated more is that Starling have made me feel like a valued customer, without cramming offers, loans and other unnecessary products down my throat. With Starling I can simply do what I need to do with my money and not be harassed with a multitude of options I do not understand or need. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
