Modern, simple and secure

From switching 18 months ago to everyday operation, I can't yet fault Starling. I've had none of the communication, computer error, or "failure to keep up with modern life and technology" issues which have always cropped up in banking with the traditional banks over the last 25 years (Santander, Barclays, Coop, Natwest etc..). Online and app banking with traditional banks has generally been a glitchy add-on service, which always eventually defaults to long phonecalls with a series of operatives in call-centres to resolve even the most minor issues. Now I can genuinely do all my regular banking digitally without breaking stride or waiting 20 minutes on a phoneline for problems that could theoretically be resolved with a single secure message or chat, if the right systems and security are in place.
