I have recently switched both personal and business banking to Starling. Overall, a fantastic service which gives me everything I need for banking. My only reservation is when my app denied access and I made an online chat query about it asking for a reply by email as, I was unable to wait - being 38th in the queue, I still did not get a reply to date. I am a little apprehensive as to what happens in terms of customer service if I have a problem which I am unable to resolve quickly in the future. Also, unable to use in link machines. That said, I would still recommend to others in favour of a high street branch. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
