A refreshing, modern, simple, effective bank for everyone

Starling Bank offers what no other bank offers. Simple, personal, effective banking for everyday needs. Easy to manage my money, easy to see where I have spent, and easy to see when a payment is made to me. The app runs smoothly and feels it was designed recently. In comparison to other banks with their clunky, slow, layered mobile banking experience - Starling is a breath of fresh air. However, my reason for the 5 star review is that Starling (unlike it's digital rivals) also offers a call centre for assistance. Therefore, if you need urgent help you can always call. This sets Starling out from their competitors. You would be a fool not to bank with them. A great digital customer experience backed up by a trusted phone line for urgent support. I recommend Starling to everyone and I have no hesitation in banking with them for years to come. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
