A breath of fresh air

I opened a personal account with Starling to handle incidental expenses. I don't know why, but their interface just makes everything very "easy". Based on my personal current experience, I opened a personal Euro account, a Business Current Account and a Business Euro Account. I had to call Bank of Scotland recently (I found a credit card in the street) and had to wait 35 mins on hold. Starling's on-line chat function answers problems in a couple of minutes.
