Easy and secure to use.

Easy and secure to use. I have been using PP for a very long time now and pretty much every day. Any issues I have had with PP has been resolved straight away with customer service over the phone however messaging or live chat could do with some improvement as I have had cases before where they were just making me move from an agent to another and they have not been very professional in my cases and a lot of delays. Over the phone great but not all of us the time or confidence to speak over the phone. I like Pay in 3 which helps with a purchase if you have got it in a good deal but can't pay for it in full for that time and then you have the option to pay later in 3. I like the none fee transfers and low fee friends and family abroad transfers. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
