The app is very easy to use and it has great features for savings and bill and general money management. I've tried out other banks but always come back to Starling. Reviewed on: 25th February 2022

Excellent customer service and a great app!

I opened a Starling current account but didn't use it for about a year and 1 month. I'd forgotten the password so I called up customer service and a woman picked up quickly. She helped me to change my password and navigate the app. The app itself I really like! I really like the pie charts and the percentage breakdowns of my spending.
