Simple, straight forward and easy to use....

This current account / app is so straight forward and easy to use I sometimes wonder what the catch is. Whether at home or abroad it is my preferred method of payment as the "push notification" straight to your phone confirms you've paid, but more importantly, paid the right amount. Started off with one family member trying the app, now we all use it - fantastic. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Problematic app, poor service, rude / arrogant customer service team

This mob took over from the Post Office and turned a perfectly good credit card offering into a nightmare. Credit card app is extremely poor, takes days and sometimes weeks for transactions to appear (no excuse in this day & age). Customer services were just rude and failed to close my account when requested to do so, ended up writing to the CEO just to close an account. If you need a credit card, I would suggest you try any other company first. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Simple, functional & fantastic

A super easy, highly intuitive, totally reliable app. The instant notification of spending has given me so much confidence I have almost completely given up on Cash. I opened the account to avoid transaction fees whilst on Holiday, but I was so impressed with the ease of use, I now use it for my everyday spending. I have recommended Starling to anyone who will listen. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
