Terrible Customer Service

The culture at Starling seems to be that customers have hours to spend hanging around to speak to a customer service representative. I tried to contact the bank this evening and was placed at 333 in the Chat queue. This happens every time I try to make contact - either this - or waiting in a phone queue only to be cut off. I would suggest that this is a part of that bank that needs radically addressing - either employ more staff or streamline the system! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
