Terrible Customer Service, in fact "what customer service?"

Like many other reviewers comments, massive increase in renewal quote for absolutely no reason. The only way to cancel the renewal is by calling but you can never get through to the call centre plus the call centre is only open 9 to 5 Monday to Friday ........ really? In these extremely challenging times? However like with many other web based businesses they make it very very easy to send them money! Also the auto renewal topic is one that needs addressing, I dont want to auto renew for the reasons above so where's the option to "opt out" of auto-renewal? I am moving to another provider who is at least 35% cheaper for the same, if not more, cover. I guess it will be another charge back application to my credit card company if Sainsbury wont answer the phone before auto renewal. Unfortunately you cant post a review will a star rating of zero.
