I leave aside the so easy to access and so helpful customer service, the real time phone app that lets you know every time a customer pays, the CSV bank statements and the "so cheap it's almost free" business pack that allows instant attachment of invoices and receipts to transactions - they are all incredibly helpful and welcome. What really blows me away about Starling is I can almost "feel it's freshness". It doesn't have the stink of tradition, or investments in pollution, arms, and war. It isn't pompous - quite the opposite - it's designed to be helpful. I am genuinely delighted we chose to move here and would recommend it services to anyone! Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021
