Diligent

A very different experience so far in banking, very nice TBH. The staff are tirelessly polite and the gentle low tone of conversation and friendly manner actually helps things get done a lot quicker, so the most valuable thing we have, time with our families and friends, is not wasted arguing with a sterile bankbot, of any kind!
