Friendly and straightforward

The application took only a few minutes, followed by an electronic upload of some documentation proof (payslip in my case). Had instant email confirmation, with fast approval and the money in my account quickly. Much easier than the traditional bank route and a decent interest rate. Reviewed on: 20th January 2022

Excellent, no fuss approach to banking

From opening the account, it has been a breeze. Simple and easy to use, the App let's you take control of your finances. The Savings Space idea is excellent (I have several!) and the new Bills Management feature is great. Knocks my old high Street bank into the tall grass. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Banking made easy

Opening an account and switching to it was far simpler than my last experience. Service is instant - do something that needs a response or confirmation - and it's there before you can blink. The app is well thought, easy to use but feature rich. The Spaces feature is brilliant, it's helping me organise and realise goals by helping visualising my savings progress. I'd recommend Starling to anyone, without reservation. I have spent years with traditional banks, and they have a LOT to learn. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021
