Financial reassurance.

I initially phoned to sort out an issue with my online account and after a very friendly and informative conversation, it was decided that I should visit the branch and review my accounts. I visited the branch and although I tend to manage my transactions online it is local and convenient for me to use. The review went very well and again was conducted in a very friendly and competent manner, the information provided was very informative and the suggestions were relevant for my needs, I managed to make decisions on the advice offered which I’m very happy with. Vess who conducted the review was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products on offer and I’m looking forward to continuing my membership in the future, they are open seven days a week which helps if you need to visit, so I’m very happy with the experience. Everything was simple and straightforward with friendly staff.

Nothing more to add really from my earlier comments, what I liked was the fact that the branch is local and being able to discuss things face to face as I initially made an enquiry but then was made aware of a product I wouldn’t have been aware of. Reviewed on: 25th January 2021
