Streets ahead of the big banks!

A bank who remembers what Customer Service is

Before I opened an account, I tried out their Customer Service number and on three occasions I got through to someone in under 60 seconds - what a difference to RBS and Barclays who I also use. Since I opened my account in March 2020 I have had to call them a couple of times and although the response wasn't quite as instant, it was still very prompt, especially considering COVID.
