Easy Quote, Good Customer Service

I have my car insurance with Direct Line. It was really easy to manage my policy online and when I had a number of questions, the customer services were really helpful. I highly recommend rate them and recommend them to all friends and family. Reviewed on: 25th June 2017

Quick and easy

I have been looking at providers for a Car Loan and previously applied to other Financial Services companies offering really good rates. However the issue was that I had to wait 2 weeks to get a letter only to tell me the interest was double the amount advertised based on my credit rating... that is a bit of a lie really, cause I have fantastic credit rating. So... I thought I try again, and that is when I came across Zopa on a comparison website. The rate was competitive so I applied. Form was easy, you can tell this is a company that is super modern. With my required documents, somebody got in touch with me all let me know exactly the documents required so I sent them a copy of them. The process was all very smooth and easy.
