Great product, great service

When taking out the YBS mortgage, we were moving from having shared ownership arrangement on our home to buying the full 100%. It had been a long time coming and there were extra hoops to jump through. YBS was brilliant. I was able to start the process online with a mortgage in principle but then switch to speaking to a mortgage advisor to ensure our specific set of circumstances were understood. I found it really helpful to be able switch between online and speaking to someone, because we could fit the mortgage process around our own lives and work commitments. Thanks YBS.
