Really awkward process and incorrect information

We remortgaged with TSB due to a better deal. The deal we got is the only reason I did not give TSB 1 star, although they changed the offer half way through the process! It was awkward and incredibly difficult to complete the mortgage application. Part of the reason for choosing TSB was the offer of internet banking, as we already have TSB accounts but found we cannot link our existing accounts to the mortgage and they have input my details incorrectly so I am unable to set up internet banking without going into branch to correct their error which at the moment I am now willing to do! Such poor customer "service" and quite unhelpful over phone, email and virtual chat. Would never recommend. Reviewed on: 1st February 2021
