Great Bank

I have to vote for Starling a great addition to banking in recent years. If more confident in a non high st bank approach I would make it my primary account a log time ago . I’m roughly 4 years banking with Starling and I have not one complaint on its services. All runs smoothly and efficiently and now the added feature of taking bill payments for monthly bills has really boosted my experience. This is one feature I was wanting Starling to have comparing to one of its competitors Monzo,, now the feature is here there’s no looking back as I can’t now separate more high value bills from less by allocating funds to my starling bank account and the money taken for payment when due. So much easier to money manage. The app and card design, Apple Pay all I use without second thought. I hope they win for another year. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Revolutionary

I've been banking with Starling for almost 3 years... I cannot fault the service. On creation of the account a few years ago via a simple video registration, the app was user friendly, easy to send money via a primary account and use for all things online. Forward a few yrs I continue to use the app, card and services, even more so during covid with continuous services and no disruptions. I'm happy with all it has to offer, easy to review spend, set up regular payments, saving in saving space and navigate from the comfort of home. Definitely 5 star provider.
