Amazing customer support

I have been banking with Halifax for a while with no major issues. I was targeted by fraudsters and had several withdrawals from my account I went in to my local branch (Preston) and was assisted immediately. After speaking to the fraud team I was given clear instructions how to reset all passwords and secure my account and on top of that, they INSTANTLY credited my lost money - what a bank!
