If you haven't got PLUM, why not??...

This so has changed how I save money, it has given me a gateway into investing as well. It has tiered subscription services and I'm on the basic package, as long as they don't change that fee I'm one happy bunny. Every time I've contacted them they have been extremely helpful on solving my issue, explaining the query and taking on board any suggestions I've had. I've never not solved a query with these guys. Customer service is exceptional. The UI is ready and although they changed it recently, I preferred the old style but it does the job and gives me an the info I need. They are constantly evolving, in a good way. I try really hard to get others onto this and advocate every step of the way. Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Ease of use

Been using Plum for a while and have bought shares in the company because that's how much confidence I have in them. Their customer service has always been exemplary and prompt. Solutions have been found and implemented accordingly. I feel valued and listened to as a customer. Setting up is easy and dipping a toe into investing had been made simple as well. This app has helped me start on top of my goals. Plum is THE best app for saving. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023

Easy to understand Banking

I use Plum as a savings medium whilst dipping my toe gently into investing. Other than the app I don't possess a bank card. I use it as a simple savings tool for a rainy day. It's easy to set up and understand. I love that it only had temporary access to my bank and that the interface is clean and easily navigable. I used the chat feature to ask a question and the response was positive and felt that the person not only took my query seriously but actually read it to understand and I want fobbed of with an automatic reply. I like that it explains things and gives told and insights to help further my savings criteria without sounding pushy or condescending. This does something simple and does it well. I saw this through a friend and after a short conversation took the plunge and an glad I did. My vote goes to these 'guys' and it is well deserved. Reviewed on: 5th February 2021
