Great bank

Brilliant bank to be with. On a couple of occasions direct debits have been declined due to insufficient funds but they haven't charged me. In bank itself, the staff are always helpful and pleasant. Only downside is the fact they won't give overdrafts to those with bad credit history even though they get all my pay paid into them. Reviewed on: 27th June 2017

Was on desperate situation, Oakam solved it.

My building experienced a power surge and blew my cooker, washing machine and fridge. Applied on the Friday afternoon, got money on Saturday and new goods the same night. Absolute life saver as my credit history is mediocre. Reviewed on: 27th June 2017
