Fantastic Credit Builder.

I hit a really tough period in my life, and struggled with bills. Vanquis could not have been any more helpful or understanding, and I was able to freeze my card, then restart it once I was in a better place financially. Their advice and support made what was a horrible time far more bearable. If I had ONE niggle, it would be the restrictive ways of getting in touch. I am very hard of hearing so making phone calls can be really difficult. It would be far better if Vanquis could offer the means to customers with accessibility issues to be able to speak to customer service by digital means. Live chat, non immediate messaging service or even an email address would really help. I’d be happy to be added to a register for additional needs customers if these services could only be offered to those who specifically need it. Otherwise I have absolutely no complaints with Vanquis at all. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Clever idea works well.

Go Henry has helped my children understand money better. They don’t just buy the first thing they want anymore, but save, or think carefully about whether they want to use their money for an item. They’ve learned about earning money, and donating to charity. Reviewed on: 5th February 2021
