Good but needs technical upgrades to be great

Oakam really helped me out in a difficult time. Staff, we're helpful friendly and informative. I do have an issue with the lack of secure online payments. It can be a hassle waiting for the office to open just to pay your bill. I downloaded the Oakam app, on the surface it all seem a good idea, but this area definitely needs an emergency review. I signed up , used it with no problems for approximately two weeks. Now when I try to login , I get told that either my username or password is wrong. So I click the 'forgotten password ' link , only to receive a message that there is a fault and to try again later. So now I am unable to use the app at all. Leaving me completely ignorant of my balance etc. I feel like these are teething hiccups and could and should be fixed quite quickly. Reviewed on: 28th June 2017
