Exceptional customer service

I had a problem with my card and app not working. The customer service I received was brilliant they were calm happy to resolve my issue and very good at explaining the different stages to getting my problem resolved. Zopa are fantastic excellent customer service there app is easy to use there's not much else I can say apart from there number 1 in my eyes keep up the great service thanks. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021
