Very professional customer services,have always experienced helpful assistance and answers. Quick and easy to use giving clear information, I'm glad I applied and was accepted by Zopa. At a time when I need to have a credit buffer was a bit apprehensive to apply but it was quick,easy and helpful. I could transfer to another credit card but to be honest I'm staying loyal to Zopa.
