Avoid this company

Still can’t access account via app after months can’t change address as new cards sent to old address & were returned to Jaja info I wasn’t aware of but Jaja told me but I fail security questions as I don’t have the lady 4 digits of my card so it locks them out of my account months I’ve been trying to sort things finally got a new card today activated it & still the app says incorrect information what does one do? This company shouldn’t be allow to trade. Inaccessible app no account info in 2021 !!!! Come on not an option leave well alone this company stinks. Reviewed on: 16th February 2021
