Good communication

Fast and easy.

I found Zopa on one of the credit report sites. I was offered a loan at a fixed interest rate. Good to their word the final offer was exactly as offered. The whole process was easily finished, with all of the paperwork being done online. The money was transferred into my account in no time, so I could do what I had it planned for. Overall from start to finish the process was simple, with all of the checks being made as I would have expected.
