Really bad communication

Sadly I've never had a good experi nice with BA claycard. They're good with their online features but sadly if you have to phone then it's another matter. The call centre is overseas and always hard to have a proper non scripted conversation. I've never been able to resolve any issues iv had amicably and no longer bother calling. Fantastic way to borrow

This is a great se vice that I've used several times. It's fast and so easy. The set up and arrangement of funds is far superior to those offered by banks and the usual lenders. Customer ae vice is also fantastic. I always r commend Ratesetter! Reviewed on: 29th June 2017
