Easy to deal with

As a customer, it is always a want and need to have a lender that is easy to deal with. In all of my experiences I have had with Zopa, I have had transparency and ease of use throughout the application process and ongoing monitoring of my account. The addition of the assessment of my credit assessment they provide is helpful and provides a focus for me on what is needed for improvements. Reviewed on: 17th February 2021
