Worst Bank with Appalling Service.

Been with this worst high street bank for a while.Worst Service when compared to other new banks in UK.Services are very traditional and outdated.Sales calls are horrendous and haunting if you are a Home owner to switch Mortgage to them without understanding the rationale why customer didn’t approach Natwest initially.Service has been from Bad to Worse.This could be evidenced from various social platforms people created to vent their frustrations. Futuristic Banking at Finger tips

Brilliant bank right from onboard for new and existing customers.The ease of navigation in app and online is amazing.Secure login facility is amazing and well controlled.Every enhancement to Starling bank features wonder me as it’s very futuristic in proactively designing the facilities.Having had traditional high street bank for ages, I am thrilled how much banking has changed after coming to Starling Bank.
