Great customer service

Have used ratesetter to take out two separate loans now. Very easy to organise with a well designed website. Money was transferred into my account quickly. What stands Ratesetter apart from the rest (apart from the good rates) is their excellent customer service. Quick to respond, friendly and nothing seems to much trouble. Excellent all round.
