Makes saving easy and managable

I like Chip a lot and I think its improved since the AI feature came along. Savings amounts seem more realistic now but there is a charge for using this which isn't ideal given the standard 0% return at the moment. There's a new 1.25% account but you have to invite someone new to enable it - problem is I am an early adopter and already got my friends and family to sign up so I won't be able to unlock this benefit now. Overall a great app and makes it fun and easy to save! You used to be able to make quick deposits based on a 'slice of pizza', 'a coffee' etc. but I can't find that option anymore. Digital bank that's lightyears ahead of legacy banks

Starling is so easy to use. The setup process was a breeze - really liked the video ID. Use Starling for spending money and saving which it works perfectly for. Getitng hold of customer support is also easy if you need to via web chat or in-app chat. Thanks and wish everyone else could do the same. One feature I'd like to see though is to take direct debits from specific spaces like Monzo does with pots. Thanks! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
