User friendly app

The app is very easy to use. You see your balance at a glance, the most recent transactions are displayed, with the options to see more or scheduled transactions. Payees are on easy to find and it’s simple to add a payee. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Chase customer service are very helpful, their app is easy to use and it is incredibly easy to switch spending between current accounts. I like the fact I can have 10 current accounts as well as 10 savings accounts. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

High interest rate

Chase already had a good interest rate before the rates rose. They quickly put their rates up and have put their rates up again. There are savings accounts with better interest rates but I have found I don’t meet the criteria to open those accounts, so Chase is the best for me. Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

Best current account

I opened a Chase account because I was trying to manage my finances myself. Chase made it easy to open the account by simply downloading the app and following the instructions. The app is very user friendly and you can have multiple spending accounts which is important for me. One big bonus for me is when I am purchasing online and need to authorise the payment. I get a notification from Chase tap on that to open the app, it automatically opens the authorisation screen, and I can change which spending account the money goes from.
