Been my fav bank for 30 yrs until starling and new online banks

Still my main bank as I wait for them to catch up giving me on instant alerts on all transactions. Currently they only provide alerts for £10 and over can take days to get them. They were the original phone banking service and their friendly efficient customer service (mainly lovely Scottish people I think) have always been a delight to contact which is why their customer service has always been voted tops. So I will be patient in waiting for them to catch up because they have looked after me do well for so long. I was surprised they didn’t lead again with the new banking apps like Starling. They are making small changes but it’s taking a while. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Great instant updates, detaile spending breakdown & customer Service

I was so lucky to have chosen Statling when these new banks were discussed on radio. Any early teething problems caused by supermarkets were fixed quickly and I was kept informed. Never had any real problems. Any queries were answered quickly. Love all the instant account updates and breakdowns and specs. Keeps me fully up to date with my finances. Can’t fault them and love their whole outlook. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
