The worst. Wish there was 0 stars

The homeless guy on the corner is more likely to assist you in getting a mortgage than this company. We were told they 'specialised'jn adverse credit. In actual fact all they specialise in is wasting everyones time. For a start, we got give a DIP without a second thought, brilliant we will apply for mortgage.. WRONG! They asked contradicting queations over a 5/6 month period. First regarding the adverse credit which got 'satisfied' as they like to call it time and time again. Then it turned to our emergency service wage slips which they had before giving us the DIP and they decided they didnt like the layout. Its government issued and can't be changed though. Basically after multiple back and forths, slow on their part as we later (4months in) found out our person was only working 2 days a week, they change underwriter who is looking at it and start all over again with same questions deapite them having all answers.. and again going back to emergency service wage slips and not liking them. So because they can't take the time to learn, listen and understand our wage slips its a no from them... after 6 long hard months of waiting. They have no customer service skills and are incapable of managiny client expectations. Everyone we spoke to on the phone was very positive and 'yep its all good, looks great, we'll give you that mortgage asap' then hiding behind a screen its question after question, looking for reasons to decline and not caring about HTB time running out.. or the sellers also having to wait so long. Basically an awful company i wish i had never heard of. Can't even believe they are trusted with money. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
