High Street Banks are way too slow

Wanting to start a new business to seize on an obvious opportunity, we started the task of opening a business bank account. Our Accountants warned us that it was not going to be easy - high street banks would take many weeks to get an account open that we could then use. Our own requests to our existing banks were met with a complete lack of enthusiasm or suggestion of desire to help us and stated it could be up to a couple of months to get a functional account open. A friend suggested Starling and we were up and running in two days - fantastic service and a brilliant technical facility - nothing could have been simpler. This is the future of banking!!
