Great product and functionality

I took a Starling account out initially because of the overseas ATM withdrawal limits which were really competitive. Since then I've moved my current account over to them because: (i) they seem to really care about security, and when they do communicate on security issues, they do in a way which never confuses me as to whether the message could actually be a scam(!); and (ii) there is always product build, which makes me think of them as a reactive, continually improving product (for example on Spaces). They seem to be less concerned about publicity than some of the other digital banks, and more concerned about making a solid, safe product, and in that sense it feels like they are the best of both worlds. Peace of mind

Starling just makes it easy for me to manage my money. The app works well, I'm confident in their security. I was worried about moving to an online only bank, but now I'd never go back. Plus the withdrawal abroad fees are excellent. Big fan. Reviewed on: 19th February 2021
