Customer services needs improvement

My phone was broken and I couldn't access it. I bought a new phone but the app would not load as it was still active on the broken one. After numerous attempts at trying to explain this to customer services they could not help me. I was frustrated and angered by how obstinate they were, not to mention unhelpful. Review of the Starling Bank, Current account:

A bank like no other.

I was always sceptical of online banking but the ease of use with which I opened my Starling account put aside any fears or doubts. The layout of the app is well done with simple icons and great features for saving up for that special occasion. Plus the competitive interest rate means I also make more money than with a high street bank. Reviewed on: 19th February 2021
