The app is well presented, simple to navigate and makes changing investment preferences quick and easy. Data is presented clearly and in a way that is easy to understand. The customer service team are quick to respond and execute changes. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Excellent customer experience

I have been using Wealthify for around a year now and I have nothing negative to say about my experience. The app is easy to navigate and provides in depth information about my portfolio performance and composition, in a way that is easy to understand. It is quick and simple to make alterations to my account (such as changing risk profile, direct debit value and topping up). Regular emails help me stay informed about changes to my portfolio and investor insights/articles keep me engaged while helping me broaden my knowledge. Fees are also very reasonable.
