Simple, castle free. There when you need them. Good technology in form of website and app.

Natwest has definitely employed the best mobile technology in banking products that i've seen. Having had friends in a similar life stage with similar accounts with HSBC and Barclays, they seem to have no end of issues with delays in transfers, and usability. I have not.
