They act well to keep customers money safe.When a firm did not give me the refund they had promised,Triodos got it back for me,They are always patient, helpful and understanding when contacted by phone. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

When as a new customerIencountered some difficulty with aspects of online banking, staff were endlessly patient on the phone.When a company failed to pay a large refund due to me,Triodos dealt with the situation and all due to me was refunded without any hassle to me. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025

A very helpful bank.

If I have problems there is always clear, patient help from their phone line.When I had problems getting money I was owed back from a firm, thet obtained a full refund for me. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024
